UKC Beginner Novice (U-BN) 6-weeks, NO BATTERIES REQUIRED
This is an entry level online course in dog obedience basics. It includes on-leash heeling, sit/stand for
examination, down-stay at distance, off-leash recall over hurdle, off-leash sit
stay at distance. Also included are
basic manners and management for home and away. (call for pricing)
What comes after?
You’ve got three ways to go:
(1) You can simply enjoy your dog at the beginner
level.
(2) You can add on a 3-week behavior checking course, which
allows us to move the U-BN skill-set onto an invisible leash. (call for pricing)
(you will need to add a remote trainer to
your gear bag, and just the right stim profile is preferred. so be sure to call me BEFORE you make the equipment
purchase).
(3) After successful completion of the prerequisite
U-BN course you can upgrade to complete the classic, novice level, companion
dog course; NO BATTERIES REQUIRED. The
upgrade includes heel, come, sit, stand, down and stay – both on and off leash in
areas of reasonable distractions – plus problem solving and basic manners for
home and away. This 6-week module serves to provide a foundation that you can
